To mark World Sickle Cell Day, CoBA was proud to support a blood drive led by the Ministry of Health Kenya in Kilifi County, in collaboration with the Africa Sickle Cell Organization and other key partners.

The blood drive aimed to raise awareness of sickle cell disease and highlight the critical role of voluntary blood donation in supporting individuals living with the condition.

This collaboration underscored a shared commitment to improving care and access for sickle cell communities across Kenya.
