Uniting For Safe, Adequate And Sustainable Blood In Africa

Uniting for Blood in Africa

We are the first private health sector-driven platform at the forefront of advocating for safe and sustainable blood across the African continent.

WHAT'S NEW

Continental Blood Survey

Africa’s blood systems touch every corner of healthcare, from the mother in the delivery room to the child living with sickle cell disease. Yet the people working within these systems have never had a continent-wide platform to share their realities, until now.

The Continental Blood Survey, co-developed by the Coalition of Blood for Africa (CoBA) and partners across the blood ecosystem, is now running, and we want to hear from you.

Your responses will directly shape policy conversations, funding priorities, and innovation decisions that affect blood systems across the continent. This is your opportunity to put Africa’s realities on the continental agenda.
